Working closely with couples and companies from the UK and France Anna is able to take the stresses and strains out of designing, planning and coordinating tailor made destination weddings. Priding herself in delivering sophisticated, memorable experiences.
By taking the time to truly get to know her clients and understand their individual wants and combining it with her in depth knowledge of the area and a little 'Anna magic' Anna is ideally suited to create the perfect tailor made experience.
Consultation
We offer a consultation service, whereby we charge an hourly service for any type of assistance or advice, recommendations our client may need whilst coordinating their wedding.
Weddings Types
Catholic and Civil marriages are recognised under French and Spanish law, therefore they are recognised legally both n the UK, Europe as well as the US. The requirements for civil wedding ceremonies in France and Spain depend very much on local regulations and can vary from each department. If you have a property in France, you can opt for a civil wedding
Celebrants
The option of having a blessing ceremony is entirely optional, we work with English speaking celebrants, to ensure they work directly with the couple to assist in designing the preferred ceremony. We will assist the client in finding the right person to lead their ceremony, respect their ideas wishes religious or non
Paperwork
Civil weddings for non-residents, can be quite complex we therefore recommend couples who are not residents in France or Spain, have a civil marriage in their home country and a Wedding blessing in France or Spain. Insurance is something we assist in dealing with directly with the client
Catering
We are able to provide our client with a selection of the finest hand picked catering companies. We work closely with the catering companies, ensuring an excellent selection of menus to cater to all tastes and needs, in hand with an excellent staffing service on the day
Cakes
We provide our client a selection of the finest patisseries throughout the South of France and Barcelona. The couple can choose from a selection of wedding flavours, from a Croquembouche, Classic Cake, Macarons Cake, to a decadent cake decorated with cup cakes
Flowers
The choice of flowers is very much tied up with our clients preferred theme and colours for the day. We work closely with a selection of florists and decorators, to ensure the colour scheme, style and theme for the day is carried out in accordance with the couple’s needs and preferences
Decoration
We work with experienced florists and decoration personnel, in doing so we are able to provide our client with a selection of themes, colours and styles, tailor made to their needs for their big day. We assist the couple in choosing their preferred theme for the type and style of wedding our client has in mind, taking into account the selected venue
Venues
We are able to provide our client with an exquisite selection of Wedding venues and destinations, from a wide range of choice options, from the French Pyrénées to the Mediterranean Coast, Barcelona (link destinations)
Accommodation
We can assist our client in finding the correct accommodation for both the couple, and the bridal party, through a selection of recommended hotels and Gites
Transportation
We provide our client with the choice of wedding cars, whether it be a MG, Roles Royce... We work with several outstanding coach companies also
Entertainment
Entertainment is an important aspect of any wedding day and should be treated according to the couple’s tastes, wedding theme, and location. We work with a wide selection of artists, entertainers, dancers, band and DJs, live shows, etc. to help provide that perfect day.
Beauty and Spa Treatments
Make up artists and stylists are high up on the list for a bride to be. The beauty services will depend on the budget, needs and comfort zone the bride would like before the wedding day. We assist the bride in setting up a wedding beauty budget, by selecting from the beauty professionals we work closely with. Spa Treatments are also a fun and relaxing pre-wedding activity.
Photography
We realise the importance of the photographers’ role on the big day. We consider the relationship between the couple and the photographer to be key to the success of the day. Videography
Often a part of the wedding our clients regret not having hired for the day. A wedding video is something that can be cherished for years to come, watched by generations to come. Again we work in close harmony with videographers throughout the South of France and Barcelona

We work with the a selection of creative suppliers for those couples that decide to use our coordination services and contacts for the invitation, save that date, place names, gift ideas for the guests, table plans
